The Answer To We Are Our Own Worst Enemy

SYNOPIS
This book is a simple way to understand oneself.  It is a book for everyone with everyday problems, and is written using everyday simple language.  It shows how a person can become their own personal life coach.  This book will wake you up and make you aware that the human side of you, your ego, is causing most of your problems and you do not know it.  Remember the saying “We are our own worst enemy”.  The enemy is the human side of us. We need to go to the next level, the being level, the level of who we really are.  The whole idea is about not having the human side of you, the ego, in charge of your life.  Everything in life has an opposite, i.e. hot and cold, east and west, up and down, etc.  The human side of us has, and is, committing mental and physical violence against itself and others!  It must be stopped for the human race to survive.  You, I, we are a perfect spiritual being having a human experience called life and not the other way around.  A human having a spiritual experience once in a while is called a miracle.  If God created us in its own image and God is perfect, then we are also perfect, at a being level, having a human experience called life.  Experiences can be changed all the time.

Nobel Prize winner and neuroscientist Rita Levi Montalcini says that we have two brains, one ARCAIC and one COGNITIVE. She states that the ARCAIC brain has not evolved for three million years. It controls all our emotions. The COGNITIVE brain is much younger; being born from language, it is only hundred and fifty thousand years old. It has given us all the modern discoveries including the atomic bomb. Sadly most of our behavior is controlled by the ARCAIC brain. All the great tragedies were caused by it, such as The SHOAH, WARS, NAZISM, RACISM. She doesn’t have much hope that in time Homo sapiens might not survive. Why not? Because the ARCAIC brain is still in charge today.This idea of the two brains should be explained to the young people. The young people of today delude themselves to be thinkers. The language & communication gives them the illussion that they are reasoning, but the arcaic brain is malicious and also very astute hides it's real action behind the language of mimicking the cognitive brain. All this is needed to be explained to the young people today.

This is where my concept comes in –

HUMAN (EGO) = ARCAIC Brain (Negative)

BEING (SPIRIT) = COGNITIVE Brain (Positive)

The whole idea is about not having the human side of you, the ego in charge of your life. so your human is going to be exposed and will not like it, and that’s good. That means that you are aware of who’s doing it to you, your enemy, your bandito.
